I just loved Talain’s photo of this curious chipmunk. I was having a sleepless night and got up at 1am and started to paint. It wound up being an all-nighter. I used lots of texture for the rocks and greens and altered the chipmunk a bit but he was lots of fun to paint. I hope I did Talain’s photo “Chipmunk #4” justice.
